What we never accept
Grey market or black market businesses. OFM. Scammy forex. Scammy dropshipping. Low-effort course sellers. Businesses that require zero skill. Unethical or black hat businesses of any kind. Zero exceptions, and we do not care how much money you have.
The Core
One trip a year, included. Every trip at cost, all year.
Trips run in three tiers: Standard, Luxe and Luxe Plus. Your membership includes a Luxe trip each year, a $5,000 value. It works as a trip budget: put it toward any trip on the calendar, and if you want a bigger one, a Luxe Plus like the ski week, you simply pay the difference.
What the included trip covers: the retreat itself. Accommodation, ground transport, group activities and group dinners. International flights are booked for you by the concierge but paid by the member. No room for interpretation: if it happens inside the retreat, it is covered; getting to it is not.
Beyond the included trip, every Concordia retreat all year is priced at cost. The club takes no margin on travel. Recent examples: Egypt, seven days from Cairo to the Red Sea, everything included, about £2,400. Mexico, seven days of Formula 1 then Tulum, about $4,600 all in.
Photographers and videographers come on every trip. All the footage and photos are yours, on the house.
The Hotel Programme
Up to 85% off 10,000 five-star properties worldwide. VIP guest status at any property in our network: room upgrades, minibar and spa treatments where the property offers them, 25% off food and beverage, and a pseudonym at check-in if you want one. How it works: message the hotel desk in the app with your city and dates, they come back with member rates and book it for you. You never call a hotel again.
The Introductions
Five hand-picked introductions in your first week. One curated introduction every month after. Made in the app, both sides notified with the reason for the match, and followed up by the membership team at the end of the month so introductions become relationships, not unread messages.
The Gala
The whole club, black tie, once a year. Every member is invited, attendance optional, date and city announced well in advance each year. Included in membership.

One community-wide call a month, held online and hosted by the founder. Wins, moves, what is coming. Recorded into the content library if you miss it.
Concordia Concierge
24/7 white glove, a person in the app, not an AI. Covers travel, dining, events, gifting and lifestyle requests, any timezone. Books your personal trips end to end too: more premium, usually cheaper, and you never touch a booking.
The Concordia Rate
Member rates on jets, supercars, dining, FX and insurance, through the club's partner network. Ask the concierge and they quote the Concordia rate; it does not apply off-network.
The Front Bench
Advisors on call: Health (Ben Harper), Tax (Jason Waite), Capital (Raffaello Ciotta), Growth (Bob Van Buul), AI (Benedikt). Each runs their own chat in the club. The point: a vetted expert answer before you pay a stranger for advice.
The Welcome Box
Gold member ring, metal member card, club kit, a welcome letter from the founder, and the Concordia passport, stamped for every country and activity you tick off. New custom kit ships for every trip you join. Hand delivered to local members, posted to global members.
The App
The best membership app in the business, by far. Built and coded in-house from zero, and updated almost daily. Other clubs spend £60k on an app once and never touch it again; ours improves every single week. AI-suggested intros, member map, travel radar, concierge in your pocket.

The onboarding
A private chat with the founder and your community manager from day one. An onboarding call, a personal tour of the app, and your first five introductions picked with you. Register interest in any trip free in the app; deposits only when a trip locks.
In testing with the first members now: Your Senate, fixed circles of 6 to 7 members meeting monthly. The Founder Health Protocol, an annual executive screening. International lounge access, arranged alongside your flight bookings. Each one joins the membership as it passes testing.

The Terms
The term
Twelve months. Your 12 months do not begin until you arrive on your first trip, so there is no rush to your first one and no wasted months.
The offer window
When we accept your application and offer you a place, you have 7 days to decide. If the window closes without a decision, we cannot offer you another place for 12 months.
Before you are offered a place, we vet everything closely: that your company is doing over $83,000 a month minimum, that you are older than 18 and younger than 40, and that the room will be better with you in it. What you are paying for is not the dinners, the trips, the discounts, the concierge or the things we go and do. It is the people you are sat next to throughout all of it.
